Hot date - way hey hey

Oh ho ho, I hear you thinking. Finally, a bit of smutty stuff from mummified. A bit of rumpy pumpy, snogging, other assorted sexy stuff.

As if. Like I'm going to tell you lot anything about that.

It was a good date though. We drove to the Yarra Valley, a winery area about one hour from Melbourne and headed to the local produce store where they do the best, and I mean the best, goat's cheese. A glass of marsanne, some smoked trout and cheese, local sourdough bread and a fantastic view over verdant pastures and undulating hills. Very mellow.

It is Autumn here (yes, our down-under seasons are upside down, as you would expect) and the gold and russet vines are the most beautiful sight. I love Autumn - crisp air and bright blue skies.

Ahhh ... I miss autumn! A true autumn, where the trees turn splendidly multi-colored. Colorado is Aspen territory - so autumn is pretty much mono-colored (gold). Ahhhh... sigh!!

Sounds pretty - as long as the dingo didn't eat your baby...

Too bad Australia is so far away, it sounds like a cool palce.

Yeha, Budgies, not too bad once you get past the feahters, but you need a passle of 'em to make a decent serving. Now parrots, one of those can make a nice snack for two.

PK - parrots worldwide now very, very frightened. Thanks all for kind comments. Blogger doing strange things again - losing comments from site that turn up as emails alerts. Email alerts not capturing all comments - very, very strange. Could blogger be haunted ???

In nature there are consumers and vicitms. I prefer to be a consumer...

Okey dokey - just so everyone is crystal clear - do NOT cross PK, don't even think of doing anything that would make him even the teensy winci-est bit mad. And if you do - don't say I didn't warn you. Fairscape - it is truly weird, these vanishing comments - should we organise a blogger raid on PK's house in case he is keeping the comments hostage ?
